Melissa Macy is a versatile violinist performing in a variety of styles and settings. As first violinist of the award winning group, The Devonshire Players, Melissa arranges and performs pop, rock, and showtunes as well as classical music.

Melissa has been a featured soloist with the Adelphi Symphony Orchestra as well as the Hawthorne Symphony Orchestra. She is grateful to the prodigious musicians who have instructed and inspired her, primarily; Sandra Dackow, Louis Bergonzi, Lynn Blakeslee, Laurie Smuckler, and Joey Corpus.

A NJ Certified teacher, Melissa teaches in elementary, and secondary schools in northern New Jersey.
